The Harstad Fine Arts Series featured artist for April and May 2021 is Eva Lau.
“Hallo! I’m Eva (pronounced like “Ava”), and drawing has been an interest of mine for most of my life. My other main hyperfixations are creating stories and roleplay, so I’ve mainly been drawing my characters most of the time. I’ve been branching out a bit lately, obviously—trying my hand at a few moresurreal pieces—but I’ll always retain that love of storycrafting. My style is…well, it depends on what I feel like drawing, really. I usually use a lineless style, but I will do lined art when I feel like it. I also never finish about half of the things I draw…oops.”
