na Skylark simply means “the skylarks” in Irish, and this trio is definitely birds of a feather: three accomplished musicians who specialize in the old tunes, songs, and historic instruments of Ireland and other Celtic lands, weaving them together into a richly inspiring and emotional musical experience. Invariably, na Skylark audiences leave a performance smiling, laughing, and feeling like they understand just a little bit more about the beating heart of the Celtic soul.

Percussionist Britton-René Collins has dedicated her artistry to shaping an equitable community for all musicians to thrive equally. A winner of the 2020 Concert Artists Guild Victor Elmaleh Competition, she was awarded the Ambassador Prize for exceptional musicianship and demonstrating an active passion for creating social change through her music.
